1. Job Overview
The Customer Acquisition Executive (CAE) is responsible for bringing new customers to
the company.
This is a field-based role where you will meet people, explain products, and help them
become customers of Spixar Technologies.
You will also promote the brand in your assigned area, generate leads, and work with your
Assistant Manager to complete marketing campaigns successfully.
2. Candidate Requirements Age:
● Must be between 18 to 25 years old.
Experience:
● Freshers to 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
● Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Loans, Insurance, or Credit Card sales preferred.
Education:
● Minimum: 12th Pass
● Preferred: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills & Qualities:
● Good communication and people skills.
● Confident in convincing and closing sales.
● Self-motivated and target-oriented.
● Can work independently and manage time well.
● Basic knowledge of using mobile apps for reporting.
● Can speak Hindi, English, and local languages.
Other Requirements:
● Must be willing to travel daily for field work.
● Should be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced job.
3. Salary & Growth
● Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
● Incentives: Extra income based on sales performance

4. Talent Acquisition Guidelines
Talent Acquisition should look for candidates who:
● Are between 18–25 years of age.
● Have Freshers–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
● Are confident, talkative, and target-driven.
● Come from BFSI, Fintech, or Direct Sales backgrounds (Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards).
● Are comfortable with daily travel and field work.
● Have salary expectations within ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
