Designation: Field Sales Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field. (Diploma holders with experience may also apply)

Experience: Fresher or 1 to 3 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals or building materials.

Location: Vadodara

Job Description:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, consultants, applicators, and infrastructure companies.

- Promote and sell construction chemical products including waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, surface treatments, repair mortars, grouts, sealants, flooring, and protective coatings.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers and stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

- Provide technical advice and after-sales support.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Skills:

- Sound knowledge of construction practices and building materials

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
