We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive (B2C) to actively engage with individual customers in the field, promote our products/services, and close sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on direct interaction with consumers, enjoys fieldwork, and has a passion for sales and customer service.
Visit residential neighborhoods, public spaces, and customer homes to promote and sell products/services directly to individual consumers.
Demonstrate and present products to potential customers, understanding their needs and addressing queries effectively.
Generate leads and convert prospects through on-ground sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Build and maintain a customer base by ensuring excellent post-sales service and follow-up.
Distribute marketing materials, gather customer feedback, and report market trends.
Participate in promotional activities, community events, and product roadshows.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools or mobile apps.
Proven experience in B2C sales, direct sales, or door-to-door selling (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
Ability to understand consumer behavior and pitch accordingly.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Basic knowledge of digital tools and mobile CRM apps.
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (if applicable).
