We are looking for hardworking and travel-ready Field Sales Executives who will regularly visit our existing E-Rickshaw dealers. Their job is to ensure dealer satisfaction, capture field-level insights, and maintain strong client relationships for consistent reorders and retention. This is not a target-based sales role but a high-discipline, relationship-driven position.
ROLE: CRR Field Executive – Sales (Dealer Visit & Relationship Management)
LOCATION: UP/MP/BIHAR/DELHI
KRA:
- Daily dealer visits as per planned beat route
- Share visit reports and photos through CRM or WhatsApp
- Capture reorder status, complaints, service feedback
- Assist in brand display checks and local engagement
- Weekly reporting to CRR Manager with insights and follow-up status
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass;
Graduate preferred - Prior field work experience (1–3 years) in auto, FMCG, telecom, or spares industry
Skill Set:
- High willingness to travel (20–25 days/month)
- Owns a bike and smartphone
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to speak local dialect (Hindi, Bhojpuri, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of E-Rickshaws or vehicle parts is a bonus
Salary Structure :
15k-18k fixed monthly + TA/DA + Variable
