Role Overview:We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client visits, dealer/distributor network expansion, and OEM product promotions. The role involves B2B field sales, OEM coordination, and generating leads from both online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:Visit clients, dealers, and corporates for product presentations & sales meetings
Handle OEM product pricing, coordination & tie-ups
Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms
Create & present proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
Regular follow-up with clients to close sales
Support dealers/distributors with product knowledge and updates
Coordinate with the tech/installation team for smooth project execution
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales preferred
Knowledge of AV, IT, or OEM products will be an advantage
Comfortable with client visits and field travel
Proficiency in MS Office, email handling & online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
