This role involves direct interaction with industrial clients, contractors, architects and builders to generate leads, build brand visibility and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to warehouses, factories, construction sites and industrial zones to identify potential flooring requirements.

• Generate and qualify new leads through field outreach, site surveys and cold visits.

• Distribute brochures, catalogs and technical materials to prospective clients and industry stakeholders.

• Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, technical discussions and follow-ups.

• Provide market feedback on competition, pricing trends and customer preferences.

• Maintain accurate reports of field activities and lead status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in outdoor sales/marketing environments.
