We’re expanding our on-ground team to strengthen our property network and verified inventory base across Gurgaon’s key micro-markets.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive (Runner) who can be our eyes and ears on the ground — actively identifying available flats, builder floors, and rental properties across Gurgaon.

You’ll be responsible for discovering new inventory, assisting with site visits, engaging with property owners/brokers, and supporting our leasing team with verified data.

This is a field-intensive role — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, interacting with people, and understanding local markets.

This role requires someone street-smart, proactive, and reliable, who knows how to move around Gurgaon efficiently and can handle everything from inventory scouting to basic operational support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different sectors and colonies daily to identify properties available for rent or lease.

• Visit Gurgaon’s sectors and colonies daily to identify builder floors, apartments, and flats available for sale.

• Identify upcoming buildings, under-construction floors, and new landlord/builder developments.

• Talk to security guards, shopkeepers, maintenance staff, and local brokers to gather intel on availability.

• Note details of “To-Let / For Sale” boards and call owners for information.

• Visit print vendors for pamphlets, banners, signage or marketing material.

• Meet owners, tenants, and brokers to collect accurate property details, photos, and rent/sale expectations.

• Record and upload all verified listings into our internal CRM or database.

• Identify new and upcoming buildings, vacant floors, or properties under development

• Collect property details, owner contact numbers, rent expectations, and take photos/videos for listings.

• Build and maintain a database of verified inventory using our CRM tools.

• Assist clients and brokers during site visits and inspections.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and documentation.

• Conduct small local marketing activities (pamphlet distribution, posters, etc.) in targeted micro-markets.

• Assist in police verification, tenant background checks, and documentation collection for rentals.

• Coordinate for key handovers, rent agreements, and builder/owner signatures.

• Visit government offices or RWA offices for document submission, NOCs, or utility checks.

• Deliver/collect physical files, cheques, or documents between clients, offices, and partners.

• Assist in site readiness before client visits — ensuring property access, cleaning, and light checks.

• Maintain an on-ground log/report of daily work and new leads discovered.

• Paste DMK posters or QR codes in strategic locations (cafes, markets, societies).

Requirements

• Must own a bike/scooter and a smartphone with active internet connection.

• Basic understanding of Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

• Should be familiar with Gurgaon’s local areas and societies.

• Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethic.

• Street-smart, organized, punctual, and honest.

• 0–3 years of experience in real estate, delivery, or field sales preferred — freshers welcome if motivated.
