Role and Responsibility: Specific work experience in no brokerhood, mygate, TATA fibre, D2H services and cooperative housing society connections. Conduct on-site visits to housing societies and interact with society members, builders, and other stakeholders. Assist in the documentation process for conveyance deeds, deemed conveyance, and society formation. Collect and verify necessary documents and details for legal and property-related processes. Support clients by answering their queries and providing guidance on legal procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and submission of legal documents. Report regularly on field activities and progress to the senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in a field-based role, preferably in legal, property, or real estate services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Knowledge of legal documentation and property-related matters is a plus
