Responsibilties:
Greet and attend to all walk-in clients at the project/site office.
Present the project features, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and USP clearly and persuasively.
Understand customer requirements and qualify the lead based on their budget and preferences.
Conduct on-site property walkthroughs and guide clients through show flats, sample units, and amenities.
Maintain a database of walk-ins and follow up via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the field sales team or closing team for further discussion and finalization.
Requirement:
Must be comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
Good knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
