We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants, promoting Paytm products and services, and building strong relationships with local businesses. This is a field-intensive role that requires visiting shops, markets, and other commercial areas to meet potential clients.
Visit local markets and businesses to promote Paytm products and services.
Acquire and onboard new merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC, and other business solutions.
Demonstrate the Paytm app and product features to merchants and assist them in installation and activation.
Ensure the proper usage of Paytm products and maintain merchant relationships.
Collect feedback from merchants and relay market insights to the management.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead or manager.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
0–2 years of experience in field sales or similar roles (Fresher with good communication skills can apply).
Must own an Android smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital payments and mobile apps.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
