We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for increasing sales by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services.
Actively visit customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide accurate feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and competitor trends.
Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales or direct selling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales processes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Extensive travel within the assigned region.
