Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in your area to promote gold loan services.

• Generate new leads through fieldwork, cold calling, and local marketing.

• Collect documents and guide customers through the loan process.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team.

• Report field activity to the reporting manager regularly.

Requirements:

• Must have a two-wheeler with license

• Comfortable with field sales / outdoor work

• Basic communication skills in local language

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Should be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented
