Specific Responsibilities:
❖ Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Source new property listings, conduct inspections, and educate owners on NoBrokers services.
❖ Tenant Assistance & Transaction Facilitation: Help tenants find suitable properties, coordinate viewings, manage rental agreements, and ensure smooth transactions.
❖ Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with property owners and tenants, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
❖ Marketing & Lead Generation: Promote NoBroker through local networking, events, and referrals to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
❖ Data Management & CRM: Update property and client data, and use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively.

Educational & Skill-Set Qualifiers:
★ Education: Graduation or HSC qualified.

★ Languages: English and Hindi mandatory; Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi preferred.
★ Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
★ Work schedule: Flexible for a day shift (9 hours between 8 AM - 10 PM), and
comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
