Our Business Development Executives professionals focus on face-to-face sales presentations as they provide our clients an opportunity to know Marconix & value addition Marconix can bring to their respective business.
This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our top sales professionals are passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.
Position holder will be an individual contributor, responsible to drive sales activities within assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
ü Make cold calls from the provided lead database and schedule a minimum of 3 meetings per day.
ü Ensure all scheduled meetings are attended without fail and properly tracked.
ü Follow up and coordinate with the Team Leader / Reporting Manager regarding sales progress and closures.
ü Identify and penetrate targeted accounts to generate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
ü Conduct and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
ü Maintain consistent follow-ups with client organizations to drive the sales process to timely closure.
ü Ensure that all payments are collected as per company terms and policies.

ü Confidence and clarity in explaining product benefits and handling objections.
ü Innovative mindset with foresight to anticipate and create new sales opportunities.
ü Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Other Requirements:
ü Must own a two-wheeler and valid driver’s license (mandatory).
ü Ready to travel and cover a minimum of 15 to 30 plus kilometre per days, if required
ü Should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
ü Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking software will be an added advantage.
Experience: 0- 2years (Freshers can also apply)
Education Qualification: Any graduation, MBA (preferred)
Age: 21-32 Year
