Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B field sales efforts in the Rajkot region by identifying new business opportunities.

• Conduct daily cold calling and client visits to generate qualified leads.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

• Schedule and conduct 5-6 meetings daily with potential clients across various industries.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.

• Prepare and present sales proposals in face-to-face and telephonic interactions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Regularly update sales data and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a related role in digital marketing or similar industry.

• Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and client handling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of the Rajkot market and local business behavior.

• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and result orientation.

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the region.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
