Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting clients, and building long-term business relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Generate leads and identify potential customers in the assigned region.
Conduct field visits to meet clients and present products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to track competition and customer needs.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
2–3 years of proven field sales experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
