We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field-level sales, developing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers, and ensuring consistent supply and demand across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential clients such as retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and wholesalers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Promote the company's range of fruits and vegetables to increase market share.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Collect orders and ensure proper documentation and billing.

• Handle customer complaints or issues with urgency and professionalism.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene and handling standards while demonstrating products.
