Job Description

· Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets(LAP).

· Responsible for generating prospective sales lead.

· Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct).

· Responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database.

· Responsible for achieving monthly business target

· Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application.

Skill & Experience Required:

· Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.

· The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months.

· The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.

· The candidate must have experience into cold calling.

· The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.

· Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.

· Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills. 

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.

· Good knowledge of local language.

Education:

· Graduate in any discipline
