Job Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible people to join Baylink Saarthi as Onboarders & Validators in the Delhi region. Your main job will be to help retail store workers download and start using the Saarthi app, and to regularly check that the data and activities in the app are correct.
This role needs good communication, honesty, and discipline more than anything else.
Onboarding Retail Store Workers
Visit retail shops and explain what the Saarthi app is and how it helps them.
Guide workers to install the app on their phone and complete the signup process.
Train them on how to use the app for daily activities.
Validation of Activities
Visit stores to verify that missions/tasks submitted by workers in the app are correct.
Check if product visibility, sales, or promotions are done properly.
Report mistakes, fake entries, or missing data on time.
Support & Feedback
Answer basic questions from workers about using the app.
Collect feedback from workers and retailers to share with the Baylink team.
Daily Reporting
Share daily updates of onboarding and validation work through the Saarthi dashboard or reporting format.
Maintain accuracy and transparency in all reports.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
A smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable traveling across the Delhi region to visit stores.
Strong work ethic – punctual, honest, and reliable.
Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or auditing is a plus (not mandatory).
Fixed monthly salary + incentives based on performance.
