PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure effective coordination and alignment of sales activities.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyse data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

EDUCATION

• Minimum Education: - Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

• Technical Education: - MBA in Sales is preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Experience: - Minimum 3+ years in IT product category sales.

• - Strong leadership and team management skills.
