We are looking for a Bath DSR (Direct Sales Representative) to join our team at Beautiful Homes – AP Home Store. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,520 per month and prospects of growth.
Achieve monthly secondary sales targets of ₹500,000 through effective field and store sales.
Meet retail consumers and influencers such as plumbers, contractors, and architects both in the field (70%) and at the store (30%).
Explain product features, advantages, and benefits, and perform demonstrations when necessary.
Create product demand at the consumer and influencer level and direct them to the AP Home Store.
Close the sales cycle by ensuring end-consumer billing.
Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and support.
Gather and report information on local construction activities and other sales opportunities.
Regularly update consumer and site details in the LEAD App for visibility and tracking.
Report daily activities, lead generation, and pipeline status to the APH SSO and sales outcomes to the Bath SH.
The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree with 1–3 years of experience in direct/retail/field sales. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using mobile apps and technology for reporting and sales tracking is essential.
