Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹3.6 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with business owners, generating leads (both online and offline), and selling our services to them.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
Meet business owners, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months – 5 years in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Comfortable with client meetings and travel as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience).
