📌 Position Details

• Job Title: Field Executive (Offroll Payroll)

• Location: Multiple Locations in west bengal (Nadia, Alipuduar, birbhum, purba bardhman, jalpaiguri, maldah)

• Salary: ₹17,000 per month (Fixed)

• Benefits: PF & ESI (after 3 months) | TDS 2% Deduction

• Incentives: Performance-based (Up to ₹5,000)

🎓 Qualification & Requirements

✅ Minimum HS Pass
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / direct sales
✅ Must own a Biometric Device (Mantra or Morpho L1)
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to achieve monthly sales targets

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Kotak 811 Savings Accounts via field sales

• Achieve 100 account openings/month

• Promote & open:
  🔹 Regular Account (₹1,000 funding) with Debit Card Benefits
  🔹 Super Account (₹5,000 funding) with exclusive higher limits & rewards

• Educate customers on debit card features, insurance, & reward programs

💰 Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹17,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 (as per bank approval)

• If <85% Target Achieved:

  • ₹200 per account (with Debit Card issued)

  • ₹175 per account (without Debit Card)

• PF & ESI after 3 months | TDS 2% deduction
