Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting the sales team by creating
and managing retail sales dashboards, handling client interactions, managing pre-sales and post
sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments to facilitate
order processing, dispatch planning, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves SAP
implementation, vendor registration, and ensuring compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dashboard Management:
o Create and maintain dashboards for retail sales.
o Share daily sales reports with the core team.
2. Client Interaction:
o Communicate with clients daily to handle pre-sales and post-sales queries.
o Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Sales Coordination:
o Follow up with the sales team on new orders and payment status.
o Create and adjust dispatch plans based on order status and payment verification.
o Regularly update dispatch plans and sales orders as needed.
4. Documentation and Invoicing:
o Send Proforma Invoices to retail clients.
o Verify payment receipts with the GM accounts before dispatching vehicles.
o Collect Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from the Retail Sales Team to
ensure timely dispatch paperwork.
o Cross-check project-wise rates of all orders and request revised orders when
necessary.
