Job Summary:
Advance Mobility is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about sales, have a great ability to engage with people, and are comfortable working in the field, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Visit over field to identify and recruit drivers for our fleet.
Conduct campaigns to attract qualified drivers.
Develop and execute field campaigns to engage potential drivers.
Build rapport with drivers and effectively communicate our services to them.
Assist drivers in completing the onboarding process and provide support
Build and maintain relationships with drivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Track and report daily activities and conversions.
Requirements:
Previous work experience of 2-3 years in sales/ marketing
Comfortable with fieldwork.
Previous experience in fleet industry is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
