We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting our services, and closing sales in the assigned territory. If you enjoy face-to-face interactions, working on the ground, and achieving sales targets — this is the job for you.
Visit potential clients/customers at their location to generate leads and promote services
Explain product or service benefits and handle basic client queries
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
Distribute brochures, gather client data, and update daily reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the area
Minimum 12th pass, graduate preferred
6 months to 2 years of field sales/marketing
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Mobile Apps for reporting
Self-driven and target-focused
