Purpose:
To drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Result areas:
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
· Identify and onboard new customers to expand the customer base.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
· Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
· Demonstrate in-depth understanding of products/services to effectively address customer needs and objections.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the applications.
· Efficiently plan and execute field visits to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
· Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization through effective sales strategies.
· Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction..
