Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Acquisition & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify and secure private and government construction projects.
Build relationships with key stakeholders: builders, contractors, applicators, architects, consultants, and approving authorities.
2. Market Research & Strategic Sales
Conduct market research and analyze project needs, competitor activity, and trends.
Utilize insights to inform territory-specific sales strategies.
3. Product Promotion & Specification
Ensure accurate product specification and communicate product value through demos, presentations, and site visits.
Promote Putty, Paint, Texture, and Tile Adhesive solutions to relevant decision-makers.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong rapport with key clients for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the point of contact for all technical and product-related queries from project clients.
5. Sales Reporting & Compliance
Monitor territory sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation across both online and offline formats.
6. Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to align on targets and strategies.
