About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales, lead generation, and client/vendor engagement for 5C Print Pro. The role involves visiting showrooms, offices, and businesses to pitch our printing and branding services, share catalogs, and explore potential collaborations.
Candidates with a background or interest in printing, branding, or fabrication industries are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily visits to showrooms, companies, vendors, and fabricators in and around Bangalore
Pitch 5C Print Pro’s services including banners, brochures, signage, vinyl, gifting solutions, etc.
Share catalogs and collect leads, identify new business opportunities
Explain potential collaborations and pass leads to internal sales for conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and fabricators
Act as the face of the company during all field visits
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and feedback
Submit daily reports and visit logs to the Sales Manager
Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of field sales experience; exposure to printing or fabrication is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory)
Must own a two-wheeler with valid license and be comfortable with daily travel
Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a target-driven field role
Basic understanding of printing materials or branding processes is advantageous
Work Nature:
Field-intensive and client/vendor-facing
Flexible hours depending on client schedules
Daily reporting and coordination with internal team
