Field Sales Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generation new business, visiting client sites, offering our company's products/Services, and closing deal efficiently.

Role & responsibilities:

• Visit new & existing sites/customers regularly to introduce our company & Product/Services, asses needs, and generate business opportunities.

• Promote the company's Products/Services, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), emergency repair, installation services & Products.

• Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and suggest suitable solution.

• Provide accurate technical advice and support before, during, and after sales process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referrals business.

• Meet or exceed sales targets for service packages, repairs, and new installation.

• Attend events to expand the customer base.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must have a valid 4-wheeler's license.

• Should own a personal car for field visits and client meetings.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a field sales engineer, preferable in the electrical services or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical system, repair, and maintenance service.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
