Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Sales Coordinator with experience in CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions. The role involves coordinating with the field sales team, handling client inquiries, scheduling visits, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The candidate should have knowledge of CCTV products, networking basics, and a customer-first mindset to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily schedules, client meetings, and site visits for the field sales team.
Support sales executives with lead follow-up, quotations, and technical documentation.
Maintain sales records, customer database, and project pipeline updates.
Act as the bridge between clients, sales engineers, and management.
Track sales targets, generate weekly/monthly sales reports, and share with management.
Handle client inquiries regarding CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control, and related products.
Coordinate with technical/installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor inventory of demo units, brochures, and technical catalogues.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer demos.
Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation as per company policy.
