Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers for solar panel systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Conduct field visits and explain product benefits, pricing, and installation process.
Generate leads through door-to-door marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the team.
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installation follow-up.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
1–2 years of experience in field sales (solar or electrical industry preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Should have a two-wheeler and smartphone for field work.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives.
