Job Title: Field Executive – Professional Onboarding

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 (Base) + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

Urban Company is looking for energetic Field Executives to onboard service professionals (househelp/maids) onto our platform. This is a field role that requires on-ground visits, convincing professionals, and completing their onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local areas to meet potential service professionals.

Explain Urban Company’s platform, earning potential, and benefits.

Assist with documentation, verification, and onboarding.

Ensure professionals complete training and induction.

Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).

0–2 years’ experience in field sales/operations.

Good communication & convincing skills.

Comfortable with field travel within the city.

Local language proficiency and ability to speak multiple local languages is a plus.
