We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground activities such as client visits, field inspections, service executions, and customer relationship management. The role demands regular travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites as per schedule to carry out inspections, deliver services, or collect documents.

• Maintain records of field visits, interactions, feedback, and issues.

• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns promptly.

• Collect, verify, and submit necessary documentation or proof of service.

• Promote and upsell services/products where applicable.

• Ensure service quality and adherence to company standards in every field interaction.

• Report daily activities and updates to the reporting manager.

• Handle basic troubleshooting or problem resolution on the ground.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers or partners in the assigned region.

Requirements:

• Education: No

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic technical knowledge (for service-related roles)

  • Ability to navigate using mobile apps (Maps, CRM, etc.)

  • Strong time management and reporting abilities

• Other:

  • Valid two-wheeler license and access to a vehicle

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
