Identify and acquire new customers interested in life insurance and investment products.
Provide sound financial advice based on a deep understanding of insurance and wealth management products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of insurance products including ULIPs, term plans, and investment-linked insurance.
Conduct financial planning and goal setting sessions with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
Strong sales and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of life insurance, ULIPs, mutual funds, or financial advisory services
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
Customer-first mindset with consultative selling approach
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in Kannada and English (local language is a plus)
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferably Finance/Commerce)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or financial product distribution
Candidates from Life Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management background preferred
