o Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to show how Tally solutions can address specific business needs.
o Customize presentations based on client requirements and demonstrate relevant features of Tally (accounting, GST compliance, inventory, etc.).
o Collaborate with the technical team to deliver in-depth product demos when required.
3. Understanding Customer Needs:
o Engage with prospects and clients to understand their accounting, financial management, and business challenges.
o Identify potential opportunities where Tally software can offer solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Create and implement action plans to achieve sales goals, grow market share, and maximize revenue.
o Ensure proper follow-up on sales inquiries and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
5. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
