Market Enrollments: Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, or partners as per company guidelines.
Market Mapping: Conduct detailed mapping of assigned territory to identify potential business opportunities, competition activity, and influencer network.
Order Taking: Visit retailers and distributors to collect orders, ensure timely submission, and follow up for deliveries.
Influencer Visits: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers (contractors, shop owners, key decision-makers) to drive business growth.
Sales Target Achievement: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, orders collected, competitor activities, and share timely reports with the manager.
Market Feedback: Collect customer feedback, market trends, and share actionable insights with the sales team.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical business practices.
Education: Graduate (Any discipline). A diploma in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, order booking, or distribution management (FMCG, Building Material, or Consumer Durables preferred).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
