We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in the FMCG sector. The role involves visiting retail outlets, ensuring product availability, building relationships with shop owners, and meeting sales targets. The position offers a competitive in-hand salary and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail shops and outlets to promote and sell FMCG products.

• Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper display at all outlets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales visits and stock levels.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Fresher to 6 months of field sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Good knowledge of local markets and routes.

• Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
