Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct Field Visits
o Identify and analyse catchment areas near the institute to promote, educate, and enroll prospective beneficiaries for certification courses and other services offered
o Call and Follow-up with the prospective list of beneficiaries’ post field hours to guide them on the documentation part and course details
o Community Engagement
o Build trust and establish relationships with the local community to create awareness and enhance participation in the programs.
o Data Management
o Maintain accurate MIS records of field activities, including reports on prospective beneficiaries met and areas surveyed to the Centre Head by end of the day.
o Update Agam Software on the daily survey reports as per the format defined.
o Prepare and deliver timely reports on field operations, highlighting observations, challenges, and metrics.
o Staff Support
o Extend support to teachers for following-up with the beneficiaries remaining absent or resolving their doubts or queries regarding courses, institute and facilities provided
o Target achievement
o Drive enrolment efforts to meet or exceed the quarterly batch target assigned by the Centre Head and Management
o Protocol Adherence
o Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during field surveys, promotional activities, and other field operations to minimize risks.
o Miscellaneous
o Support Centre Head, management, teachers and colleagues on institute, events, beneficiaries related activities on an ongoing basis.
