Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out field operations, maintaining client/vendor relationships, collecting data, and ensuring smooth execution of company activities on the ground. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, vendors, or field locations as per business requirements.

• Collect, verify, and submit documents/data accurately.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

• Handle field operations such as onboarding vendors/customers, surveys, and follow-ups.

• Support sales/operations teams in achieving targets.

• Resolve issues at the ground level and escalate when necessary.

• Provide daily/weekly reports on field activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).

• 0–2 years of experience in field work/sales/operations (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.

• Smartphone with basic technical knowledge (apps, internet, GPS).

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
