Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Tele Collection Executive to join our finance/collections team. The ideal
candidate will manage and pursue overdue accounts over the phone, maintain accurate records, and work toward
reducing days outstanding while ensuring courteous and compliant customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments via outbound/inbound calls and follow a structured collection process.
- Verify account information, payment history, and outstanding balances; update notes in the CRM after each call.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and secure commitments for timely resolution.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to the supervisor or legal/compliance as per policy.
- Reconcile daily collections, monitor aging reports, and achieve assigned collection targets.
- Maintain customer-focused and professional communication; handle disputes, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and data privacy standards during all interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, promises, and settlements.
- Generate and submit periodic reports on collection activities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th.
- Experience: freshers can apply.
- Language: Hindi.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills; good listening and negotiation abilities.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy.
- Attitude: Target-driven, resilient, empathetic, and able to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor work environment; seated at a desk for long periods.
- May require occasional overtime or shift adjustments based on workload or process requirements.
- Travel not required.
- PF/ESI as per statutory requirements (if applicable).
