• 1+ years of proven experience in field marketing or similar role.

• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
