Team Management:

Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to data collection protocols.
Survey Operations:
Plan and organize fieldwork schedules and logistics for assigned regions.
Ensure timely completion of data collection as per survey targets.
Conduct spot checks and back-checks to verify data quality.
Logistics and Coordination:
Manage distribution of materials like survey forms, mobile devices, identification badges, etc.
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and safety for field teams.
Liaise with local authorities or stakeholders as required.
Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely uploading or submission of collected data.
Provide regular updates to central teams on progress, challenges, and completion status.
Maintain records of field activities and expenses.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure strict adherence to ethical and methodological standards.
Address challenges like non-response, refusal, or technical issues during fieldwork.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and logistical coordination abilities.
Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBoToolbox) is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse field environments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the local language(s) and sociopolitical context.
