We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Anvayaa Kincare Private Limited. This role involves customer handling on ground, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing requirements and concerns related to the need of the client.The role offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer in a professional and efficient manner, by giving them support for the visits as per the need and the requirements

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other team member to handle the day to day operations, escalations and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including customer handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week.
