We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of facility management, including security, housekeeping, clubhouse management, electrical and plumbing systems, client relations, maintenance follow-up, event management, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Security:
- Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures.
2. Housekeeping:
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
3. Clubhouse Management:
- Oversee clubhouse operations, including events and activities.
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained and clean.
4. Electrical and Plumbing:
- Ensure all electrical and plumbing systems are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
5. Client Relations:
- Handle client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
6. Maintenance Follow-up:
- Coordinate and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Follow up on pending maintenance issues.
7. Event Management:
- Plan and execute events in the facility, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of.
- Ensure events are conducted smoothly and safely.
8. Safety:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
Asset Management:
1. Conduct regular audits of all permanent assets (e.g., equipment, furniture, fixtures).
2. Implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all assets.
3. Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of assets to prevent downtime.
4. Keep accurate records of asset maintenance and repairs.
5. Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
