Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Sales Presentations: Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective clients through meetings, demos, and presentations.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to offer tailored solutions.
Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and close sales deals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update yourself on product features, benefits, and value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
Age: Up to 30 years
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Field Sales: Prior experience in field sales or business development is an added advantage
Mobility: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike)
Valid driving license is required for field visits and client meetings.
