The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments on loans, credit cards, or other outstanding dues. This role involves field visits, customer interactions, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective collections while maintaining a positive customer relationship and adhering to legal and company guidelines.
Visit customers at their home or office locations to follow up on overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely repayment.
Educate customers on their outstanding dues and resolve any queries or disputes.
Update collection status using mobile apps or manual reporting tools.
Escalate difficult or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager.
Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI/government collection norms.
Maintain good customer service and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
Submit daily reports and collection updates to the manager.
Coordinate with the tele-calling team and back-office support for account details.
Education: Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in field collections, recovery, or field sales. Freshers can apply.
Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of local geography.
Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations.
Familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps.
Language: Proficiency in local language; Hindi/English an added advantage.
License: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
