  • Coordinate with the Niyo app backend for delivery scheduling and order tracking.

  • Provide customer support during delivery, addressing queries about forex rates or transactions.
    

• Work Environment:

  • Field-based role requiring travel within city limits. Expenses borne by company.

  • Interaction with Niyo’s digital platform for real-time updates and customer details.
