The Field Boy will be responsible for carrying out various outdoor tasks assigned by the company, including document collection, delivery of materials, coordination between branches/clients, and supporting operational needs in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver documents, packages, and other items to clients, vendors, and company offices.

• Assist in field-related operations such as site visits, verification work, or survey support.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

• Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth communication between the field and office.

• Deposit or collect cheques, payments, and other official items from banks or clients as instructed.

• Follow all company guidelines, safety rules, and protocols while performing field duties.

• Report daily work status to the reporting manager.

• Handle urgent tasks promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.

Work Conditions:
