We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Executive to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies for our LED lighting products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational goals.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
· Conduct field visits, meetings, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
· Support the sales team with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and promotional activities.
· Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on market activities and customer feedback.
· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in LED lighting or electrical products).
· Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
